Banbury-Don Mills  

Banbury-Don Mills is a large and well-established neighbourhood with a suburban feel. It is popular with people between their 30s and 60s with homes being a mix of detached houses and condos and apartments. The neighbourhood has a population of 27,695 residents distributed across 12,115 households.

Lawrence Park

Lawrence Park community consists of two closely related neighbourhoods: Lawrence Park North and Lawrence Park South. It is a prestigious and established neighbourhood with a rich history, lush parks and elegant homes. The entire community has a total population of 29,786 residents distributed across 11,180 households.

In Lawrence Park South, there are a mix of home types with single detached houses (59%) being the dominant one with 36% of households having moved within the past five years. Some of the well-known public schools are Bedford Park Public School, and Blythwood Junior Public School.

Both Lawrence Park North and Lawrence Park South are highly popular with highly-educated people, with 75% and 76% of adult residents, respectively, holding a bachelor's degree or higher and 90% having any postsecondary education. The most common occupations of residents are management occupations, occupations in education, law and social community, and government service, as well as business, finance, and administration occupations. Lawrence Park community is another affluent area with majority of residents having an annual gross income of $200,000 and above.

St. Andrew-Windfields, also known as York Mills or Silver Hills, is an affluent and beautiful neighbourhood in the district of North York. It is popular with highly-educated people, families with teens, and people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. The neighbourhood has a population of 17,812 residents distributed across 6,410 households.

St. Andrew-Windfields is dominated by single detached houses (50%) and high-rise apartments / condominiums (27%) with 38% of households having moved within the past five years. It has mostly older homes constructed between 1961 and 1980 and is mostly owner-occupied. The majority of homes (44%) have four or more bedrooms.
